It’s church, simplified…
Many people have been turned off to church because they’ve had bad experiences with churches that are boring, out of touch with real life, or just make you feel guilty when you don’t measure up to the ideal.
We believe that God wants much more for His children than a set of rules to follow or a religious ladder to climb. The Bible tells us that God wants to be in a personal and living relationship with the people He has created. It also tells us that a life with God can be filled with joy, freedom, peace and a sense of purpose.
At Alpine, our desire is not to weigh you down with religion, but to help you experience a relationship with God. We believe that you don’t have to earn or work for this relationship with God, but that you enter into it by putting your faith and trust in Him.
God has promised in the Bible that no matter how full of sin and mistakes your life may be, if you would trust in Jesus’ work on the cross on your behalf, you can be completely forgiven of your sins and enjoy a relationship with Him.
Alpine is full of people who have experienced this free gift of grace from God and are having their lives transformed by God’s love. Our desire is not to cram religion down someone’s throat, but to share the gift we have received with others so that they can pursue God with us and experience the same joy and freedom we have in Jesus Christ.
Discover that church is not about a bunch of hoops to jump through. It’s much simpler than that. It’s about a relationship with God among his people.
